Our Construction Equipment group is seeking a highly organized, process-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and support our Orland Park and South Elgin branches. The expected base salary for this role ranges between $130,000- $140,000 USD based on candidate experience, plus potential bonuses.
This role will focus on driving efficiency across service, parts, and rental functions while building a strong, cohesive team culture. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily branch operations across service, parts, and rental departments.
