The Opportunity
As part of the Life Annuity Group Benefits Insurance team you operationalize business strategies and transform the functions of the entire supply chain for Insurance clients. As a Manager you supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. This role involves managing complex business initiatives through the assessment, design, and implementation of operational improvements.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
