Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Onsite)

Type of Employment: Contract to Hire

Compensation: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour

Job Description

Addison Group is hiring an Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client in Fort Worth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping an office organized and running efficiently while supporting leadership with scheduling, coordination, and day to day administrative needs. The right candidate will bring strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Gather and compile information from internal records and communications when requested.
  • Respond to general administrative inquiries and route questions to the appropriate departments.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments for leadership.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and assist with scheduling logistics.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance for office equipment.
  • Track and record office expenses.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with additional projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) & CRM systems
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and handle multiple priorities
