Home Health RN

Schedule: 8-hour days only

Requirements:

  • OR & WA RN licensure required (pending licenses accepted)
  • BCLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year skilled home health RN experience
  • OASIS and EPIC (Home Health) experience required

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a home health setting to adult and geriatric populations.
  • Conduct assessments and manage patient care plans, including admission/start of care, routine visits, recertification, resumption of care, and discharge.
  • Perform wound care and wound vac management, as well as PICC line care, G-tube, ostomy, and catheter care.
  • Administer medications and perform medication assessments (IM, IV infusions, subcutaneous).
  • Monitor and manage infection control and pain assessment.

Compliance / Notes:

  • Orientation: 40 hours.
  • Dress code: Business casual or scrubs (no jeans).
  • Free parking available.
  • Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period.
  • Confirm with hiring manager regarding RTO and other restrictions.
