About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse with Assured Care, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to seniors, vulnerable adults, and individuals with disabilities and/or chronic illness in our group home setting in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our mission at Assured Care is to empower individuals to live independently and maintain their dignity, and we're seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments to care plans
