Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Compensation: Pay Per Visit | $50–$53 per visit + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus | Mileage reimbursement | Full benefits package (details provided during the interview process)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 1 weekend per month | 2 holidays per year

Gervino Group is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to identify a Registered Nurse (RN) for a home health role. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their own homes while working with a supportive and collaborative clinical team. Position Overview:

The Registered Nurse (RN) will deliver high-quality home health care within a defined local territory (approximately a 30-minute radius). This role focuses on patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and independence in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Perform assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (or higher)
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
  • AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Home Health experience strongly preferred
  • Clean nursing license
  • Experience with adult patient populations (non-pediatric focused)
