What is a group home assistant manager?

Group Home Assistant Managers are professionals who help oversee the daily operations of group homes, which provide residential care for individuals with disabilities, behavioral challenges, or other special needs. They support the group home manager by supervising staff, assisting with administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and helping to create a safe, supportive environment for residents.
