As the General Manager, you will be at the heart of our operation. You will be responsible for instilling a positive culture, developing our leadership team, and embodying our standard of hospitality, all while overseeing the operational and financial performance of the business.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and assess financial operations across the restaurant, establishing clear business priorities.
  • Guarantee exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Manage property maintenance, upholding superior standards of cleanliness and upkeep.
  • Direct recruitment, training, and scheduling for all departments, in line with labor targets and operational requirements.
  • Spearhead initiatives to consistently achieve or surpass financial objectives and performance benchmarks.
Requirements
  • 3+ years previous experience leading a full-service restaurant or bar
