At The Maggiore Group, we believe exceptional food starts with exceptional leadership. We're searching for an experienced Executive Chef who is passionate about developing people, driving culinary excellence, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume, chef-driven environment and has the vision to elevate both your team and the dining experience, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

As Executive Chef, you'll oversee every aspect of the kitchen operation while inspiring your team to execute at the highest level.

  • Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
  • Create a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and execution.
  • Approve every dish leaving the kitchen and ensure it meets company standards.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, administrative responsibilities, and kitchen performance.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a HIGH-VOLUME restaurant.
  • Exceptional leadership and kitchen management skills.
  • Strong understanding of food, labor, and inventory cost controls.
  • Ability to lead multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Passion for culinary innovation while maintaining operational consistency.
  • Working knowledge of restaurant management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
  • Mexican/Latin cuisine experience a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
Why Join the Maggiore Group?

At The Maggiore Group, our chefs don't simply run kitchens - they help shape the future of our brands. We believe in promoting from within, investing in our leaders, and creating an environment where creativity, accountability, and genuine hospitality thrive.

When you join our team, you'll enjoy:
