Job description

About the role
HealthFitness is looking for a Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our client site located in Cincinnati/Blue Ash, OH!
This is a position teaching on an as-needed basis to cover a Wednesday 12PM class.
Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.
Minimum Requirements
  • Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
  • Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
  • 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $25/hr -$30/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
