Department: Training
Status: Part-Time
Reports to:  Manager

Position Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and versatile coach who thrives in group training environments.
As a Fitness Coach / Group Class Instructor, you’ll help members transform their bodies and build sustainable fitness habits through personalized coaching, elite programming, and high-energy group experiences. You'll work closely with clients on their goals.
We’re especially interested in trainers who bring specialty expertise in one or more of the following disciplines:

  • HYROX or hybrid conditioning

  • Yoga or Floor Pilates

  • Mobility, Stretch Therapy, or Active Recovery

Group Class Instruction

  • Lead high-energy, technically sound classes aligned with our core offerings (strength, conditioning, mobility, performance)
  • Deliver specialty classes in your area of expertise (e.g.  yoga, Hyrox, etc.)
  • Support and sub existing classes as needed — bringing consistency and presence to the schedule
  • Create an engaging, safe, and challenging class environment that leaves members motivated and wanting more.
