Job description

Client Services Associate - Advisor Support And Front Office

A well-established, client-first wealth management firm in Littleton, Colorado is adding a Client Services Associate to its growing team. This role offers direct advisor mentorship, a shorter Friday schedule, and a genuine path to deeper specialization in financial operations.

What you will do:

  • Own the client experience from first contact: greet high-net-worth clients, manage front-desk communications, and handle incoming calls and mail with professionalism.
  • Coordinate and maintain calendars for three Colorado-based advisors, scheduling client review meetings to maximize advisor availability.
  • Guide clients through onboarding and ongoing account maintenance, serving as a reliable point of contact for inquiries and follow-up.
  • Prepare, process, and track financial paperwork including new account applications, asset transfers, and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant client records in the firm CRM and internal databases in line with regulatory standards.
  • Provide rotating operational support to the annuity, insurance, trading, and cashiering teams, building cross-functional knowledge over time.
  • Identify process gaps and proactively surface solutions that improve office efficiency.

What you need:

  • 1 or more years of client service or operations experience inside a wealth management, financial advisory, or brokerage firm.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
  • High attention to detail and organizational discipline. Paperwork accuracy and compliance records are central to this role.
  • Comfort working across multiple operational areas and willingness to learn new systems as the firm grows.

Pay and benefits:

  • Salary: $52,000 to $70,000 depending on experience.
  • Mentorship from experienced advisors and a defined path toward a specialized operations role.
  • Stable, collegial team environment within a firm that is actively expanding its Colorado presence.

Location and schedule:

  • Location: Littleton, Colorado. 100% in-office.
  • Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
  • Total weekly hours: Approximately 35 hours.

About and how to apply: This is a growing wealth management firm built around a client-first culture and a team that genuinely invests in one another's development. If you bring attention to detail, a warm client presence, and a desire to grow inside the financial services industry, we want to hear from you. Apply directly through this posting with your resume and a brief note on your wealth management experience. Qualified candidates will be contacted for a phone screen within five business days. For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States. We do not sponsor for this position.
