As a Shipping Clerk on the Top Drawer team, a typical day for you will include:
  • Managing administrative shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and portal operations.
  • Staging, preparing, and palletizing products for timely shipment.
  • Serving as the point of contact for tracking requests, order updates, and customer service inquiries.
  • Reviewing priority reports to sequence daily workloads and meet scheduled deadlines.
  • Supporting monthly inventory checks and tracking accuracy.
  • Cross-training and assisting on the production floor during low-volume periods.
  • Maintaining clear, effective communication across teams and leadership.

  • Experience: 2+ years in a shipping and receiving environment
  • Skills: Technical & Computer Skills: Must be comfortable on a computer and possess basic computer literacy-they do not want to start from ground zero.
  • Core Shipping Tools: Experience with standard shipping carriers and administrative processes, including FedEx, UPS, scheduling shipments, and generating Bills of Lading (BOLs).
  • Software: Familiarity with inventory management software and shipping portals (they will be trained on internal proprietary software like the Wish portal).
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Physical requirements: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
