Shifts: Early Morning Shift, Day Shift, Evening Shift, Night Shift. Weekends and Holidays required.


Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of drivers to optimize cost, maximize profitability, and elevate the customer experience.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and continuous improvement to the drivers through coaching and feedback.
  • Assist in emergency situations to minimize overtime.
  • Collaborate with the Station Manager in recruiting, training, and mentoring transport drivers.
  • Oversee daily maintenance of fleet vehicles, including inspections, scheduling, and communication with the Fleet Manager.
  • Promote a safe work environment through safety audits, regular safety meetings, and individual staff discussions.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Station Manager on managing local permits, vehicle registrations, and timely renewals through communication with finance.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with airport ground transportation and attend meetings as required.
  • Ensure timely completion of required paperwork, adhering to company policies and protocols.
  • Maintain insurability under the company motor vehicle insurance.
