Job description

Purple Land Management (PLM) is seeking an experienced Right-of-Way Agent to support pipeline and infrastructure acquisition projects in East Texas. Candidates must be based in East Texas or the Shreveport, LA region, as this is a field-based role (no office requirement).

This is a true Right-of-Way (ROW) acquisition role. It is not title work and not leasing. The selected agent must be capable of independently negotiating and securing easements with minimal ramp time.
Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and secure pipeline and infrastructure right-of-way agreements.
  • Conduct independent landowner negotiations for easement acquisition.
  • Acquire surface agreements, access agreements, and damage settlements.
  • Coordinate with engineering, survey, and project teams during acquisition.
  • Maintain organized documentation and acquisition reporting.
  • Operate independently across assigned East Texas counties.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of direct Right-of-Way (ROW) experience.
  • Proven pipeline or infrastructure acquisition history.
  • Demonstrated independent landowner negotiation experience.
  • Clear project history in East Texas.
  • Based in East Texas or the Shreveport region.
