Job description

Role
GTM Operations Associate | Full-Time | On-Site (Provo, UT)
About Atonom
At Atonom.ai, we are defining the Autonomous Era by building the world's first true "Cloud Employees", intelligent AI agents capable of executing complex work across Sales, Marketing, Support, and HR. We believe that growth should be limited only by ambition, not headcount. By moving beyond simple automation to genuine autonomy, we empower businesses to scale their workforce instantly and efficiently. Join us as we build the infrastructure for the next generation of work, where human creativity pairs with limitless machine execution to achieve the impossible.
What You'll Do
  • Own the GTM Data Layer: Maintain and improve the systems that track leads, pipeline, and marketing performance, ensuring the team always has clean, reliable data to act on.
  • Lead Management: Manage inbound lead flow from capture to handoff, including routing, enrichment, and CRM hygiene across our marketing and sales pipelines.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that give the GTM team visibility into what's working: campaigns, conversions, funnel velocity, and more.
  • Campaign Operations Support: Coordinate the operational side of outbound and inbound marketing campaigns, including list management, sequencing logistics, and performance tracking.
  • Process & Documentation: Help formalize repeatable GTM processes so the team can move fast without breaking things as we scale.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a connective tissue role between Marketing, Sales, and leadership, flagging gaps, surfacing insights, and keeping everyone aligned.

Who You Are
  • Early in Your Career, High in Potential: You have a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience. You are organized, detail-oriented, and take ownership.
  • Operationally Minded: You like building systems that make teams more effective. You take satisfaction in a clean CRM, an accurate report, and a well-run process.
  • Data-Comfortable: You are not intimidated by spreadsheets or dashboards. You can slice a dataset, identify a trend, and communicate what it means.
  • Tool-Savvy: You have worked in at least one CRM or marketing platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.) and are quick to pick up new tools.
  • AI-Curious: You are interested in how AI can make work faster and smarter, and you want to be on the ground floor of a company building that future.
  • Smart, Reliable, and Hungry: You show up ready to do real work in a fast-paced environment. You ask good questions and don't wait to be told what to do.

Your First 90 Days
  • Month 1: Get into the stack, learn our CRM, marketing tools, and reporting infrastructure. Audit current lead management workflows and flag gaps.
  • Month 2: Take ownership of weekly GTM reporting and lead routing; propose and implement at least one process improvement.
  • Month 3: Own a campaign operations workstream end-to-end and deliver a dashboard or reporting artifact the GTM team uses daily.

Technical Skills
  • CRM (Similar to HubSpot)
  • Google Suite
  • Outbound/sequencing platforms (Apollo, etc.)
  • Spreadsheets and BI/reporting tools
  • AI tools (Primarily Claude and Lovable for data display)

Why Join
  • Real Impact Early: This is not a coordinator role where you schedule meetings. You will own systems and processes that directly affect revenue.
  • Front-Row Seat to AI: You will work alongside a team building autonomous AI agents and use them as part of your own workflow.
  • Room to Grow: Strong performance here creates a clear path toward Marketing Ops, RevOps, or GTM strategy roles as we scale.

Benefits
  • Start building your PTO hours on Day 1.
  • Access to a competitive health benefits package.
  • Paid holidays and company events.
  • Competitive salary
