) Job Summary
Endearment Unlimited is a non-medical In-Home Service Provider dedicated to promoting individual growth for those we serve through personalized supports. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled In-Home Caregiver to join our team in Dane County, Wisconsin. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide in-home care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living tasks and routine home upkeep.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and laundry
  • Assist with med reminders and other person specific tasks
  • Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence
  • Document client care and services provided in accordance with company policies
  • Participate in team meetings and trainings
  • Contribute to the development of client care plans

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have a working phone
  • Able and willing to commute from client home to client home

Work Environment:
  • Work in clients' homes, with occasional office visits
