Join the Rock River Nursing & Rehab team as a Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin! As a Per Diem CNA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working on a flexible, as-needed basis.

About the Role

As a Per Diem CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and overall well-being. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that each resident receives the best possible care, with a focus on dignity, respect, and compassion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
