About the Role:The Store Clerk maintains an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness and interactive engagement with customers with a willing emphasis toward providing fast, friendly customer service. A Store Clerk's duties are performed primarily in the Grocery department and back room.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Cashiers - Responsible for delivering great customer experience by actively greeting, engaging, and assisting customers throughout the store. This role efficiently and accurately processes customer transactions at the point of sale while handling multiple forms of payments. Cashiers ensure strict adherence to cash handling procedures. They follow all policies related to restricted sales items. The role includes monitoring product conditions, staying informed on current and seasonal promotions. Promptly reporting scanning or pricing discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
  • Night Stock Crew - Responsible for stocking merchandise nightly to ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and ready for the next business day. This role ensures all products are properly prepped, stored, rotated, and displayed within date and according to category and merchandising standards. Night Stockers accurately sort product, maintain clean and orderly shelves, bins, food preparation areas, and back stock. By following proper stocking and merchandising procedures, the Night Stock Crew supports a well-maintained sales floor, efficient inventory flow, and maximizes sales potential while providing reliable night operational support to the team.
  • Daytime Stock Crew - Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor across multiple departments, including Produce, Deli, Frozen, Meat, Grocery, and warehouse areas. Other responsibilities include unloading products from trucks, operating equipment, organizing stockroom, and removing empty boxes. The Day Stocker also completes required audits, documentation, and maintains accurate pricing and signage. Throughout the shift, the Day Stocker provides positive customer experience by maintaining safe, accessible aisles and assisting customers as needed.
  • Maintenance Clerk - Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment by performing routine cleaning throughout sales floors, stock areas, coolers, restrooms, and break room. This role ensures sanitation and safety standards are consistently met by completing required cleaning and safety logs, monitoring store conditions, and proactively identifying potential hazards. The Maintenance Clerk also supports preventive maintenance efforts by inspecting equipment, reporting safety concerns, and promptly notifying management of any maintenance or repair needs.

  • Pay Range: $15 Hourly

About You:
  • 18 years or older.
  • Able to deliver friendly, courteous, prompt customer service.
  • Able to read, write, and do simple math problems.
  • Able to interpret, understand and follow instructions.
  • Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
  • Must have a flexible schedule .
  • Able to work well with others as a team member.
  • Previous experience at Grocery Store or Retail Experience.
  • A passion for serving people.

Working Conditions (may include, but not limited to the following)
  • Bending, walking, standing, lifting and kneeling for extended periods of time.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently or with team assistance when necessary.
  • Duties in various parts of store in different temperatures and work environments.
  • Interacting with customers, associates, truck drivers, and vendors.
