Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationships & Selling
- Build customer relationships that unlock selling opportunities through incremental sales, displays, and distribution gains across all retail channels.
- Leverage established dashboards and other resources to identify selling opportunities and set clear objectives prior to every customer visit.
- Execute LTO, innovation, and other program priorities following the Display Pre-Sell, Sell, and Post-Sell operating model on every visit.
- Deliver Perfect Store standards — planograms, shelving, displays, freshness, availability, and program compliance — including support for warehouse-distributed products.
Territory & Call-Cycle Management
- Prioritize territory and planning tools using customer potential, data, and commercial priorities to execute the prescribed call cycle consistently across assigned accounts.
- Data & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate real time store information and execution data in Encompass, using KPI results to identify and correct gaps.
- Preferred post-secondary education and related experience
- 1-3 years’ sales experience, preferably in a CPG and/or Direct Sales Delivery (DSD) environment
- Demonstrated people and business growth results
- Developed effective sales management accountability system
- Built commitment and teamwork while maintaining a creative and positive work environment
- Proficient Technology and Computer skills: proficient at Word, PowerPoint and Excel
