Job description

Overview of the Role

The Bilingual Grocery Merchandiser will properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided. Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone that is no older than 5 years. This position will require merchandising, and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form (I-9) upon hire. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. No visa sponsorship is available for this position.ย Employees must maintain valid work authorization throughout their employment with the company.

  • Location: Albuquerque, NM (within a 25 mile radius)
  • This position is Part-time, 24 / hours a week, 3 days a week
  • Compensation: $18 hourly
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must.
  • You will be responsible for selling, merchandising, gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts.
  • Ensure our clients' products are well stocked and order if product is not in stock or low.
  • This position requires consistent use of mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication.
  • This position requires you to switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the day
  • You must be able to lift, bend/stoop for extended periods of time.
  • This is a position where you work independently, follow directions, and have excellent communication skills.

  • Retail work will entail (but not limited to) orderingย product, working product to shelves from new orders, etc.ย 
  • Conduct audits and merchandising in area grocery stores
  • Drive to various retail locations
  • Verify that our clients' products are accurately represented on store shelves
  • Report findings and data to management through downloaded app
  • Maintainย a safe working environment while working in theย storesย 
  • Adhere to attendance and dress code guidelinesย 
  • Must be able to perform physical activities, i.e., frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, etc. Must be able to lift up to 50 poundsย 
  • Comply withย anyย additionalย guidelinesย establishedย by the Store Teamย 
  • Attend client kick off video calls
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador by building and cultivating relationships with store and department managers.
  • Monitor sales volume and inventory levels.
  • Present and create awareness with store management about approved deals from corporate.
  • Encourage stores to order more products and accept the orders.
  • Support promotional activities by negotiating/building displays to ensure product is available for consumers.
  • Place in-store promotional materials; neck-hangers, aisle stoppers, danglers, coupons, samples etc.
  • Rotate products and assist with new item cut-ins.
  • Monitor and ensure the approved schematic layout and planogram.
  • Take pictures of products, displays and competitive sets.
  • Complete daily and weekly reports as instructed.
  • Execute special promotional campaigns and resets as directed.
  • Additional activities as requested by company management.
