Grocery Inventory Coordinator

Location: Fishers, IN

As an Inventory Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our shelves stocked, our displays organized, and our customers happy. You’ll make sure products are available, priced correctly, and easy to find — creating a clean, inviting shopping experience for every guest.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being active, working as part of a team, and seeing the results of their hard work every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide friendly, helpful service to customers on the sales floor.
  • Stock and rotate products according to merchandising and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through tagging, labeling, and cycle counts.
  • Build and organize product displays for seasonal or promotional events.
  • Utilize in-store technology to complete daily tasks efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leaders to meet department goals.
  • Assist in multiple departments as needed, including Health & Beauty, Fashion, Hardware, Pets, Seasonal, and Floral.
