• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health conditions and individual treatment needs.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that reflect the client's unique goals, progress, and therapeutic journey.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions to adult clients using evidence-based techniques, ensuring each session facilitates meaningful progress.
• Provide teletherapy services, employing technology to maintain continuity of care and ensuring accessibility for clients unable to meet in person.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary, demonstrating your ability to handle urgent mental health situations with professionalism and empathy.

You will primarily connect with adult clients, offering therapeutic support tailored to various mental health challenges. These may include anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship concerns, among others. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Specialized training or experience in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
