Grievance officers are professionals designated to handle complaints or concerns raised by employees, customers, or other stakeholders within an organization. Their main role is to ensure that issues are addressed fairly, promptly, and in accordance with company policies and regulations. They act as a bridge between the complainant and management, facilitating communication, investigating complaints, and recommending solutions or disciplinary actions if necessary. Grievance officers also help maintain a positive work environment by promoting transparency and trust in the resolution process.
