Responsibilities:
• Hands-on experience administering SAS 9.4 in a Linux environment.
• Strong experience with SAS Grid Manager and LSF.
• Experience with SAS Environment Manager.
• Experience using SAS Management Console (SMC).
• Strong understanding of SAS security and metadata management.
• Experience with SAS/Access and RDBMS connectivity (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, Teradata).
• Knowledge of Linux commands and system monitoring.
• Experience installing hot fixes, upgrades, and add-on components.
• Understanding of Base SAS (DATA step) and PROC SQL.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
• Administer, maintain, and tune SAS 9.4 in a Linux environment.
• Manage and optimize SAS GRID Manager environment.
• Monitor system performance, conduct log analysis, and perform performance tuning.
• Perform platform capacity planning and provide performance metrics and recommendations.
