Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while
assisting with order taking, food preparation, store cleanliness, and daily operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Greet customers in person and over the phone professionally
• Accurately take customer orders using the POS system
• Prepare pizzas and menu items according to standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the store and prep areas
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Assist with stocking inventory and supplies

Qualifications
