Proactively anticipating guest needs, collaborating closely with hosts and security staff, and remaining adaptable helps ensure a smooth and positive experience for all visitors, even during the busiest times.

Greeters are commonly found in retail stores, hotels, restaurants, and event venues. They may also help with crowd control, answer questions, and ensure guests feel comfortable and valued.

What does a greeter do?
