Greeter - Receptionist

COMPENSATION: Starting at $18hr - $20hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Answer inbound calls and assist clients with their needs, whether setting an appointment or answering their questions.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction is being provided as the service contact
  • Respond to emails
  • Responsible for light filing, data entry and office support
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to both internal and external customers

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, ETC.

  • MUST be customer oriented
  • EXCELLENT phone skills
  • Ability to anticipate customer’s needs and ask probing questions
  • Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven team environment
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Valid driver’s license


WEEKLY SCHEDULE

  • Monday - Saturday: 10:30am - 7:00pm
    • Wednesday and Sunday Off
