Your Role
As a Lead HVAC Installation Technician, you will perform high-quality residential HVAC installations while representing our company with professionalism and pride. This role is ideal for an experienced installer who values craftsmanship, efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will be trusted to:
  • Install residential HVAC systems to the highest quality standards
  • Install a wide range of system types, including split systems, package units, heat pumps, and more
  • Ensure installations meet company, manufacturer, and safety standards
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer questions clearly
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
  • Represent Green Valley Cooling & Heating with integrity and professionalism
  • Continuously develop your skills through training and education

What We're Looking For
We're seeking experienced professionals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a high-performing team.
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of verifiable residential HVAC installation experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • EPA Type II certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
  • Ability to safely use power tools and installation equipment
  • Must own standard HVAC installation tools
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, consistent with applicable law
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:
  • NATE certification
  • Experience installing a variety of residential HVAC systems
  • Leadership experience or ability to mentor others

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments
  • Ability to climb ladders and safely operate company vehicles
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions

Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • Occasional Saturday work based on business needs
