Account Executive – Oil & Gas Vertical (Americas)

Kelvion is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join our Oil & Gas Vertical Market team. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a strong technical background and a passion for developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering innovative heat transfer solutions to industrial customers across the Americas.

As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for growing revenue, expanding market presence, managing strategic accounts, and helping customers solve complex thermal management challenges in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power Generation, and Energy Transition markets.

What You'll Do

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize sales of Kelvion heat transfer products.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target accounts and markets.
  • Expand existing customer relationships while securing new clients.
  • Support new market penetration initiatives throughout the Americas.

Build Strategic Customer Relationships

  • Manage key customer accounts and become a trusted advisor.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend technically sound solutions.
  • Lead commercial discussions, including pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Lead the Sales Process

  • Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasting, and CRM data.
  • Develop quotations and proposals using established company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful solution development and delivery.

Provide Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Evaluate competitor strengths, weaknesses, pricing strategies, and market approaches.
  • Contribute to strategic business planning and growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent technical sales experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of heat transfer, industrial equipment, or related technical sales experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical Processing, Power Generation, and/or Green Technology markets.
  • Demonstrated success developing customer relationships and growing sales.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of heat transfer products and applications.

Key Skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with a positive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
