Job description

Company Description

Green Pro Painting specializes in delivering tailored commercial painting services for landlords, property management companies, and business owners. With a strong focus on trustworthiness, high-quality workmanship, and clear communication, we have become a trusted partner for numerous businesses in Upstate SC. Our long-standing relationships with clients are built on referrals and repeat business. Notable clients include BMW, Publix, Aldi, Spinx, Greenville County Schools, and Target. At Green Pro Painting, we prioritize building lasting partnerships over maximizing individual project profits.

What You'll Do

As our Project Manager, you'll own the execution of commercial painting projects from kickoff through final walkthrough. Your core responsibilities:

•     Serve as the primary point of contact for clients — general contractors, property managers, and building owners — keeping communication clear, proactive, and professional.

•     Schedule crews and coordinate project timelines across multiple job sites to keep everything moving.

•     Visit job sites regularly to enforce Green Pro's quality standards and catch issues before the client does.

•     Manage crew logistics, materials, and site readiness so foremen and painters can do their best work.

•     Handle change orders, punch lists, and closeout documentation cleanly and on time.

•     Build lasting client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.

What We're Looking For

•     2–5 years of project management experience in construction, painting, or a related trade.

•     Proven ability to manage multiple job sites and crews simultaneously.

•     Strong client-facing communication skills — you can hold your own with a GC, a property manager, or a building owner.

•     Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable shifting priorities when a site changes.

•     Comfortable walking job sites, climbing ladders, and assessing work in progress.

•     Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

•     Proficiency with scheduling tools, email, and basic project management software.

•     Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.

What You Get

•     Competitive salary (based on experience).

•     Performance bonuses tied to project margins and client satisfaction.

•     Company vehicle or vehicle allowance.

•     Paid time off and paid holidays.

•     A fast-growing company where your work directly impacts the business.

•     Leadership that values your input and gives you real ownership of your projects.

Who You Are

You take pride in finished work. You'd rather fix a problem on Friday than leave it for Monday. You're the kind of person a client calls back because you did what you said you'd do. You want to grow with a company, not just collect a paycheck.
