As the world of data and decision‑making evolves, our team is at the forefront of integrating AI, advanced analytics, and modern research techniques to unlock sharper, more actionable outcomes for our clients.

We are seeking a Partner to lead the continued innovation, delivery, and integration of our I&A capabilities across Prophet. This leader will balance client relationship development, delivering high‑impact client work, scaling cutting‑edge methodologies, and growing a thriving team, while working in a multi‑disciplinary environment.

Your Day to Day Client Service & Impact

  • Lead client engagements spanning (but not limited to) segmentation, growth landscapes, discrete choice modeling (DCMs), brand measurement, customer journey mapping, and experience evaluations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and Prophet colleagues, ensuring insights are clearly communicated, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.

Methodology & Innovation
  • Lead the design, selection, and defense of research and analytics methodologies, articulating the “why” behind each approach to both strategists and clients.
  • Drive the integration of AI, automation, and emerging data science techniques to expand Prophet’s insights toolkit.
  • Oversee the work of technical specialists in analytics and data science, ensuring quality control of advanced outputs without requiring direct coding or model deployment.
  • Leverage I&A specialists in Deep Listening (qualitative) and Strategic Insights (primary research) verticals within the practice.
  • Drive the creation of new intellectual property (frameworks, tools, approaches) that strengthens Prophet’s differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with best‑in‑class vendors and partners to extend Prophet’s capabilities.
Firm & Commercial Leadership
  • Partner‑level responsibilities include firm‑wide contributions beyond the I&A function, supporting Prophet’s broader strategy, culture, and growth agenda.
  • Deliver against commercial targets, including sales, utilization, and profitability goals.
  • Contribute to global oversight of Prophet’s I&A work, ensuring consistent standards across geographies.
  • Travel as needed to engage clients, build teams, and represent Prophet globally.
Team Leadership & Culture
  • As a member of the I&A Leadership Team, lead and inspire a high‑performing team of insights and analytics experts, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Ensure the right mix of talent, skills, and experience within the team, identifying and addressing capability needs.
  • Model Prophet’s culture—performance‑driven, collaborative, entrepreneurial—while fostering a sense of belonging and shared success.
  • Seamlessly integrate with Prophet’s broader consulting teams, ensuring insights work is embedded in and elevates our strategic impact.
What You Bring
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in Insights & Analytics, preferably a mx within consulting or a professional services environment and client‑side experience.
  • Deep expertise in research design, data analytics, and vendor management, with the ability to tailor approaches across industries such as consumer goods, financial services, healthcare, entertainment, automotive, fashion, or retail.
  • Demonstrated ability to defend methodological choices and communicate complex insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering high‑impact, scalable client solutions.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
  • History of building, managing, and developing world‑class teams.
