What are some common challenges faced in a great part-time position, and how can I overcome them?

In great part-time roles, one common challenge is effectively managing your time, especially if you are balancing work with studies or another job. Communication is key—staying proactive with your manager about your availability and workload helps set clear expectations. Additionally, integrating with a team that may have full-time members can sometimes feel isolating, so making an effort to participate in team meetings or social activities can help you feel more included.
