We are looking for a motivated Busser to join our team! Bussers must be agile, graceful and also must enjoy taking care of our guests. You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by cleaning tables, removing dirty dishes, replacing table linens, setting tables, and servicing items to guests such as water, coffee, and condiments.ย 

You are great at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With special attention to the details, you care about performing quality work and overall contributing to a friendly and productive team atmosphere.ย 

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Provide water service.
  • Provide bread service.
  • Maintain proper beverage levels at the table.
  • Clearing tables.
  • Maintaining table maintenance
  • Marking tables for each course if necessary.
  • Serving food.
  • Resetting tables.
  • Re-stocking service stations.
  • Assisting servers, hosts, and bartenders as needed.
  • Maintaining the neatness, cleanliness and organization of the dining room.
  • Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning
  • Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferredย 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to lift, carry, or pull 30lbs
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
