Who We are Looking for


We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our growing team. If you’re a driven individual who enjoys networking, building relationships, and matching skills with needs, then this is a great opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate is someone who has recruiting, inside sales, or customer service experience. This position will have immediate access to a functioning and growing book of clients with multiple openings. This person should be a strong communicator with a keen ability to connect with both clients and candidates. This role offers a very competitive commission structure.

Overview:


The Associate Recruiter will work closely with their team to source and place top-qualified candidates. This person will be responsible for recruiting for several high-level openings at any given time. 

The Skills: As an Associate Recruiter, you will be responsible for generating a steady stream of qualified candidates for our client’s open positions. Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Cold-calling potential candidates
  • Interviewing candidates to evaluate their abilities.
  • Finding great candidates through the use of social media and networking.
  • Staying organized - following up with people you connect with and meet.
  • Thinking outside the box to enable placements at every opportunity.
  • Building relationships with candidates at all experience levels.
  • Increasing your knowledge of your industry to become an expert.
  • Working your absolute hardest.

The Requirements:


You absolutely MUST see yourself as the type of person who is persuasive and convincing. This could be anything from direct sales experience to fighting for a nonprofit or social justice issue to convincing people to join a specific club or fraternity in college. We are looking for future leaders who can influence through effective communication. We have an industry-leading commission structure.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work to understand client needs
  • Source and recruit qualified candidates 
  • Conduct discovery calls to pre-vet candidates
  • Obtain resume from candidate 
  • Utilize our database systems to build a pipeline
  • Connect with candidates via phone and email
  • Review resumes
  • Partner with the VP of Recruiting to manage communication with clients/hiring managers to understand needs/priorities, submit and articulate candidate qualifications, schedule interviews, and facilitate offers.
  • Keep all candidate information updated and organized in all required systems, including accurate and adequate notes at all stages of the process.
  • Hunter mentality, always listening for new leads and passing them off to the Business Development Team.
  • All team members are responsible for upholding and adding value to the culture at Harrison Gray.

  • Comfortable with high call and email volume expectations daily
