Job description

Senior hands-on leadership role overseeing motion graphics execution for high-profile theatrical and streaming campaigns - from concept through delivery.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and animate graphics for trailers, TV spots, and streaming promos
  • Stay hands-on in After Effects and Cinema 4D while leading campaigns end-to-end
  • Mentor motion designers and review all graphics before delivery
  • Partner with editors, producers, and CDs to manage workflows and deadlines
  • Manage multiple simultaneous campaigns in fast-paced production
  • Contribute to project scoping, scheduling, and resource planning

What you Bring

  • 6-10 + years in motion graphics, AV marketing, and theatrical advertising 
  • Expert-level After Effects and Cinema 4D; strong compositing and finishing
  • Portfolio of trailer graphics, title design, logo animation, and streaming promos
  • Deep knowledge of AV finishing pipelines and broadcast/streaming deliverables
  • Experience leading motion graphics teams with strong creative communication

Nice to Have

  • Entertainment marketing agency or streaming platform background
