Job description

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a leading event services and logistics company, is seeking a Graphics Production Associate to join a growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are interested in large-format printing, graphics production, and light sewing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Graphics Production Associate Job Summary:

Pay:
Starting at $18.00-$24.00/hr (based on experience)
Graphics Production Associate Responsibilities:
  • Produce graphics using large-format and small-format printers
  • Assist with operating fabric printers and CNC routing equipment
  • Cut, trim, package, and prepare graphics for shipment
  • Load finished graphics onto transport frames for delivery to event sites
  • Hem fabric prints and attach beading using industrial sewing equipment
  • Sew pockets and other fabric attachments as required
  • Inspect finished graphics to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production work area
  • Perform other graphics production duties as assigned

Graphics Production Associate Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous sewing experience preferred, including garment, costume, upholstery, or uniform production
  • Experience in graphics production, printing, signage, or a related manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn specialized production equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
