Sales Representative (Large-Format Graphics & Visual Communications A/E/C Focus)

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to sell large-format color graphic printing services across diverse B2B industries, including Retail, Advertising, Manufacturing, Fashion, and A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction).

This role focuses on selling high-impact visual solutions such as point-of-purchase (POP) and point-of-sale (POS) displays, trade show and exhibit graphics, banners, wall murals, floor and fleet graphics, promotional signage, and marketing materials.

The ideal candidate is a strong hunter with experience in B2B sales, print services, or A/E/C industry solutions, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new B2B sales opportunities across target industries
  • Sell large-format digital printing and visual communication solutions to new and existing clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within the A/E/C, retail, advertising, and manufacturing sectors
  • Conduct cold calling, outreach, and in-person client meetings to generate new business
  • Present and position wide-format print solutions, substrates, and applications to clients
  • Develop a strong understanding of large-format printing processes, materials, and applications
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Maintain accurate sales activity tracking, pipeline updates, and weekly reporting
  • Collaborate with internal production and project teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry functions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales within the A/E/C industry (required)
  • Background in printing, reprographics, or large-format graphics sales strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of wide-format printing materials, substrates, and applications (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality and results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools
  • Strong networking ability with a dynamic and outgoing personality
  • Ability to manage and track daily/weekly sales activity and performance metrics
