We are seeking a customer-oriented professional with a deep understanding of e-commerce support and order management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day client communications, navigating order workflows, and delivering exceptional support to a diverse range of artists and photographers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full customer service cycle, handling inbound inquiries via phone, live chat, and email using RingCentral and Crisp.
  • Consult with clients to understand their fine art printing needs, providing expert recommendations on file preparation, aspect ratios, and print mediums.
  • Process and track orders within Shopify, handling tracking inquiries, order modifications, holds, and refunds accurately.
  • Collaborate with the production and prepress design teams to ensure technical image specifications are met and custom projects are delivered on time.
  • Resolve customer complaints and shipping transit issues gracefully to maintain our 100% Happiness Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • Stay current on our expanding product catalog, print finishes, and internal production timelines.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven customer service experience specifically within an e-commerce, printing, or creative production environment.
