Position: Graphics Project Coordinator
Location: Hershey, PA, 17033

Job Description:
The primary function of the Graphics Coordinator is to manage the initiation of pre-press services and ensure tracking and prioritizing of graphic changes. The coordinator will support accurate and achievable project timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in incoming information.
 
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
 
Time % Summary of major duties include:
 
40% Project Workflow Management
• Use the Hershey Esko graphics workflow tool to enter required component information in WebCenter; this information is used to build and manage the project workflow.
• Set project execution priorities to support accurate, achievable timelines.
 
30% Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in incoming information.
 
30% Graphic Change Tracking & Support
• Track and prioritize graphic changes to support project execution and timelines.
 
Dimensions:

Degree of Supervision - Perform work within established policies and procedures, may receive detailed or general instructions on new projects and assignments.
Degree of Knowledge - Sufficient subject matter expertise to support standard situations, knowledge of graphic workflow processes.
Project Management & Implementation – Researches, collects data, runs analysis, drafts content, oversees small assignments/projects.
Strategy - Supports planned strategy for project execution and graphics management.
Typical Experience Level - Prefer someone with graphics experience and some work experience.
 
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:
 
Education:

Required - High School Diploma or equivalent; work experience in graphics preferred.
 
Experience:
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Acrobat.
• Experience with Esko WebCenter a plus.
 
Software Skills and Purpose:
• Microsoft Suite - project documentation and communication.
• Esko WebCenter - workflow and project management.
• Adobe Suite - graphics and pre-press tasks
