We're looking for a Marketing Intern to support our Pursuits and Business Development efforts and gain hands-on experience contributing to the work that helps us win projects.
This internship offers real exposure to how large construction pursuits are developed, assembled, and delivered. You'll work behind the scenes with our Marketing team to help bring proposals and interviews together, maintain key systems, and support the tools that power our pursuit efforts.

What You'll Do:
  • Assisting with proposal formatting and assembly in InDesign, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Printing, binding, and organizing proposal and interview materials
  • Uploading, organizing, and maintaining marketing assets within our Digital Asset Management system (OpenAsset)
  • Supporting CRM data entry and cleanup to ensure accurate opportunity tracking
  • Assisting with market and project research to support Business Development efforts
  • Helping maintain consistency, accuracy, and organization across marketing materials and systems
  • Providing general support to the Marketing team as needs shift and priorities evolve
  • You'll contribute to deadline-driven work while operating within a structured, team-supported environment.

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $25.00-$27.00/hr, excluding fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you join McGough, your final base salary will be determined by several factors, including geography, location, skills, education, and experience. Furthermore, we place significant value on pay equity among our current team members as part of any final job offer.
Please note that the range provided above reflects the hiring range for this role. Hiring near the top end of this range would be atypical, as we aim to allow room for future salary growth. Additionally, McGough offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. This includes insurance coverage for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability.
