About the Role 

The Graphic Designer & Marketing Intern will work closely with the Software Development & Marketing Manager and the Web & Marketing Team to produce high-quality design assets across all HCRBrands companies. This role is primarily focused on graphic design with marketing experience considered a bonus. You will manage multiple aggressive deadlines while producing a quality product and gain hands-on experience working with professional designers on branding and creative asset management projects.

???? Schedule & Travel 

  • Contract Position (4 months) with the Potential to Permanent Full-Time
  • Typical Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible with current school schedule)
     (With early starts, off-shift work, and overtime as needed to support your team)

???? What You'll Do 

  • Design and Produce Marketing Material using The Adobe Creative Suite  – specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Create Branded Collateral – Flyers, brochures, rack cards, posters, banners, signage, etc.
  • Create Digital Ads and Social Media Graphics. 
  • Assist with Maintaining Brand Consistency for all HCRBRands Companies.
  • Help Prepare Design Files for Print, including Bleeds, CMYK Conversion and Export Settings.
  • Create Mockups for Campaigns, Print Materials, Web Pages and Product Branding.
  • Support in Organizing and Managing Digital Assets, Templates and Brand Files.
  • Design Content for all Social Media Platforms.
  • Marketing Support.


 

✅ Your Experience & Skills 

You will be currently enrolled in or have recently completed a Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing or related program. Have a strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. You will also need to possess the basic understanding of modern design, principles typography, layout and color. Experience designing for social media preferred with familiarity using Google tools or content writing.
