We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer who is eager to grow their craft while contributing to a dynamic portfolio of hospitality, lifestyle, and commercial brands through thoughtful, engaging, and impactful visual design.

This is more than an opportunity to create beautiful designs. It's an opportunity to help build brands. Working alongside our Marketing team, you'll play a meaningful role in shaping the visual identity of Table & Banter Hospitality and its collection of distinctive concepts, from restaurants and cafés to breweries, events, and destination experiences. If you're a naturally curious designer who thrives on collaboration, embraces feedback, and is excited to see your work come to life in meaningful ways, you'll find endless opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Design compelling print and digital marketing materials that elevate The Connell Company's portfolio of brands.
  • Create visual assets for restaurants, cafes, hospitality destinations, events, social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and promotional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and business partners to transform ideas into thoughtful, engaging, and impactful creative solutions.
  • Uphold and strengthen brand standards across multiple brands through consistent, high-quality visual storytelling.
  • Design menus, signage, advertisements, event collateral, and other creative assets that enhance the guest and customer experience.
  • Bring curiosity, creativity, and fresh ideas to every project while continuously expanding your design skills.
  • Balance multiple priorities and deadlines while delivering exceptional creative work with accuracy and attention to detail.

The Creative Professional We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of graphic design experience or an exceptional portfolio that showcases your creativity, technical skills, and passion for design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • A collaborative, positive attitude with the confidence to receive feedback and continuously refine your craft.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing polished, high-quality creative work.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative Marketing team.
  • Experience with photography, motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus, but not required.

Supporting Your Success

  • 100% Employer-Paid Medical & Dental Coverage for you and your eligible dependents.
  • Exceptional Company-Sponsored Pension Plan with generous employer contributions to help you build long-term financial security.
  • Generous Paid Time Off & holidays to support work-life balance and personal well-being.
  • Employer-Paid Boutique Fitness Membership to invest in your health and wellness.
  • Dining, Lifestyle & Entertainment Perks including employee meal discounts and additional exclusive benefits.
  • Career Growth Opportunities within a dynamic, collaborative, and growing organization.

Great brands don't happen by chance. They're built by creative people who care deeply about every detail. If you're ready to grow your career, expand your portfolio, and help bring exceptional brands to life, we invite you to join our team.
