Graphic Designer

Marketing & Design

Go Abacus is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will create compelling visual content across print and digital channels, including paid media campaigns, conference materials, newsletters and blog posts. You will play a key role in maintaining a consistent brand voice across everything our audience sees, working closely with Marketing and leadership to produce polished, on-brand assets that drive engagement and reinforce our market presence.

Responsibilities
  • Design digital ad creative for LinkedIn, Google Ads, and X, adapting formats, dimensions, and messaging for each platform
  • Produce print-ready materials for conferences and events, including banners, signage, brochures, booth graphics, and handouts
  • Design and format email newsletters, maintaining visual consistency with brand standards and optimizing layouts for readability across devices
  • Create graphics and visual assets for website blog posts, including headers, inline illustrations, and social sharing images
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to translate campaign briefs and content strategies into finished design assets
  • Manage and organize design files, templates, and brand assets to support efficient team workflows
  • Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables
  • Deliver final files on time across multiple concurrent projects with varying deadlines
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio demonstrating both print and digital work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Proficiency in Figma for design collaboration and asset creation
  • Solid understanding of print production requirements, including file prep, bleed, resolution, and vendor specifications
  • Strong understanding of digital design best practices and specifications for LinkedIn, Google Ads, and X
  • Experience designing email newsletters and web content with an eye for typography and layout
  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent, reliable approach to brand application
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style
  • Experience designing for B2B technology or SaaS companies
  • Familiarity with Beehiiv or similar email marketing platforms
