Software Engineer

This is a full-time hybrid or remote role for a Software Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical engineering support for client issues by troubleshooting, resolving bugs and implementing enhanced features
• Develop clean code and high-quality architectural design
• Produce comprehensive and clear product documentation
• Demonstrate product knowledge and problem-solving
• Uphold customer satisfaction through responsive and high-quality service

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent project experience
• Familiarity with Python, C++, C#, and JavaScript, with proficiency in one or more of these programming languages
• Ability to write clean and well-structured code and receive feedback during code reviews
• Skilled in technical troubleshooting, including de-bugging, reading logs and error messages, and developing revised code
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle methodology (SDLC) and basic software concepts
• Strong grasp of core computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms and programming principles
• Action-oriented with strong judgement and follow-through
• Detail-oriented, problem-solver and quick learner, with desire to learn the Go Abacus code stack
