We are a locally owned marketing, print, sign, and promotional products company that specializes in custom visual communications solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic, client-first team player who wants to join our tight-knit team today and grow professionally with us in the future.
As our Production Coordinator and Graphic Designer, you will have primary responsibilities for:
  • Design & Pre-Press: Plan, analyze, and design printed materials and signage. Proof client files to ensure they are high-resolution and print-ready.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to interpret their needs, convey their messages effectively, and maintain active communication from concept to delivery.
  • Hands-On Production & Finishing: Operate and maintain digital print equipment, large-format sign printers, vinyl cutters, and laminators. Handle post-print finishing, including cutting/trimming, folding, weeding vinyl, mounting graphics to rigid substrates (coroplast, foam core, MAXMetal) and grommeting banners.
  • Inventory & Quality Control: Monitor supply levels for inks, vinyl, and paper substrates. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the Centers standards before client pickup.
  • Team Support: Adapt to changing daily priorities and support other areas of the Center's operations as needed.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on changing trends in the visual communications, printing, and sign industries.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing sign and print products (required)
  • 2+ years of graphic design experience (required); Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) experience (required)
  • High School diploma (required); 2+ years of college education (preferred)
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to accurately discern colors (required)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods while operating machinery
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (paper reams, vinyl rolls, substrate sheets)
  • High manual dexterity for precise cutting, weeding, and mounting tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (required)
  • Aptitude to get things done with little supervision
  • Ability to work in a team environment, under pressure with tight deadlines
