Job description

Schedule : 30 hours per week


Start Date: 08/26/2026

  • Bachelor's degree in a graphic design or closely related discipline
  • 1-3 years (post-college) experience in a graphic design role preferred


Skills :

  • Portfolio demonstrating excellent design sense and experience with visualizing content into appealing layouts, data visualizations, and conceptual graphics; portfolio must include presentations created in PPT
  • Possession of excellent oral and written skills, including communicating presentations to internal and external professionals at all levels
  • Ability to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multitask across multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Comfortable designing in a team environment but also working independently.
  • Experience with reading, understanding, and developing visualizations from complex data.


Duties

  • Strong PowerPoint (PPT) skills are required; candidates must provide PPT work samples/portfolio for consideration.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct presentation errors during final quality reviews.
  • Strong process orientation and ability to follow established guidelines, review checklists, and instructions.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of assignments and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • This is a junior-level role focused primarily on conducting final quality assurance reviews of presentations created by Gartner analysts. The role is not design-intensive and offers limited opportunity to enhance presentation designs.
  • Candidates will interact directly with stakeholders; however, the role is more execution-focused and less collaborative than the Graphic Designer III position.
  • This role is anticipated to be 100% remote.
