JOB SUMMARY:
The McCauley Propellers Sales Support Intern will provide sales team support, develop fleet opportunities, and work lead generation. They will also execute McCauley Propellers sales strategies and tactics, as well as practice customer relationship management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Performs data analysis via various data-mining and statistical techniques to gain insights from data to support business and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to develop and mature sales leads
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaign launches that help drive business
  • Development of collateral and graphics for sales promotions
  • Support development of presentations for sales, marketing and communications
  • Be involved in social media strategies and implementation
  • Develop technical as well as process based solutions addressing business needs
  • Work to improve customer data quality and accessibility
  • Structure, manage, and extract data from internal and external sources for analysis
  • Develop analytical approaches to answer business questions
  • Support market analysis and pricing analysis efforts

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in: Aviation, Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other related field
  • Minimum GPA Requirement: 3.0

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Professional and diplomatic demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong sense of accountability and integrity
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and complete tasks on or before due date.
  • Strong skills with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. for Textron Aviation at the time of making application, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for F-1 students and J-1 exchange visitors who will need employment sponsorship.
  • Summer internships are 40 hours per week typically from late-May to early-August lasting 10 weeks.
  • Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager.
