Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our regional marketing team as a designer. In this experienced role, you will develop high-quality design work in a fast-paced, high-volume, creative environment, with the support of USANA's design leadership team. You will help the America and Europe regional design team create a wide range of digital and print media, including front-end web support, automated email, social media assets, flyers, brochures, sales tools, and event branding.

What You Will Do as a USANA's Graphic Designer

Create conceptual designs for digital and print materials, ensuring designs translate effectively into all languages

Attend creative kick-off meetings as a core member of the design team

Review file specifications prior to release and ensure every file meets our quality and accuracy standards

Understand, apply, and enforce USANA's style and brand guidelines across all projects

Work with autonomy on projects, exercising strong conceptualization skills with little oversight

Interpret feedback from stakeholders and translate it into clear creative direction

Assist other designers with production and design support, and help maintain USANA's design guidelines

Background and Skills You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, or equivalent

Three to five years' professional experience in digital and graphic design

Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Figma, Canva, and AI tools for concepting and design

Knowledge of design principles, including layout, typography, color, balance, movement, composition, the four-color printing process, and current design trends

Detail- and results-oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills

General knowledge of web standards, including HTML, CSS, and related tools
