Help Shape the Look of a Fast-Growing Consumer Brand

TruLabs is seeking a Graphic & Packaging Designer with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience to bring our brand to life across packaging, retail, eCommerce, digital marketing, and sales channels.

This is a hands-on creative role with a strong emphasis on physical packaging design and production-ready artwork. You’ll create and update packaging across a growing product portfolio while developing digital, retail, and marketing assets that keep the TruLabs brand consistent and compelling.

The ideal candidate combines a strong creative eye with hands-on CPG packaging experience and the technical knowledge to take packaging from concept through production — including dielines, print specifications, color management, and commercial print requirements.

Why Join TruLabs?

What makes TruLabs special:

✔ Team members who are passionate about wellness, performance, and results

  • Passion – We bring energy, dedication, and a drive to win.
  • Humility – We stay grounded, support one another, and celebrate shared success.
  • Fun – We believe great work happens when people enjoy what they do.

Work in Historic Downtown McKinney

Enjoy a walkable square with restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques — plus modern office amenities, collaborative workspaces, and a team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

Packaging & Print

  • Create, update, and finalize packaging artwork across TruLabs' product portfolio
  • Design cartons, bags, wraps, stick packs, sample labels, displays, and other retail-ready materials
  • Prepare production-ready files using dielines and commercial print specifications
  • Manage color accuracy and consistency, including CMYK and Pantone requirements
  • Support packaging revisions, product line extensions, and production updates

Brand, Digital & Marketing

  • Create promotional graphics, email layouts, web banners, social media assets, and retail marketing materials
  • Develop polished sales and marketing presentation decks
  • Create and update graphics supporting TruLabs' website and eCommerce channels
  • Support basic Shopify design and webpage updates
  • Perform photo editing and basic product rendering as needed
  • Maintain brand consistency across digital, print, retail, and sales touchpoints

Creative Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, E-Commerce, Sales, and Retail teams to understand project needs and deliver creative assets on schedule
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain an organized library of packaging, photography, brand, and creative assets
  • Support additional graphic design and creative projects as business needs evolve, including projects or deliverables that may fall outside the responsibilities specifically outlined above

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, including CPG experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating physical packaging design
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong knowledge of dielines, print specifications, color management, CMYK/Pantone, and commercial print production
  • Experience preparing production-ready artwork for commercial printers
  • Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual communication skills
  • Experience designing across both print and digital channels
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Comfort working collaboratively in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
  • Alignment with TruLabs' values of Faith, Health, Passion, Humility, and Fun

Preferred Experience

  • Supplements, nutrition, health, wellness, food and beverage, or related consumer products
  • Packaging for products sold through national or regional retailers
  • DTC, eCommerce, Amazon, or omnichannel brands
  • Basic Shopify experience
  • Product photography, photo editing, or basic product rendering
